Holiday Inn & Suites Boca Raton - North

Everything was great, including very courteous staff and easy location near restaurants. The room was updated and good sized with a good size fridge - we greatly enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was near the channel from the sports channel to Nickelodeon. We had lunch at nearby Jimmy John's, tried their fast food options.

This hotel is generally okay. The cost was not bad. There is no complimentary breakfast!!! The pool was not and comfortable enough along with the hot tub. Very close drive to a few restaurants.

King Suite, location and value

The Location was very good for the type of shopping that I was doing. The front desk staff was very helpful.

The only complaint was about the continental breakfast. It left a lot to be desired. They could do better with the choices.

Personal was very kind and helpfull.

The breakfast a catastrophe (a shame). We have changed the room 3 times. The owners don't invest in the place. With a bit of effort it could be ok. But this stay compared with all other stays in Florida was terrible.

reservation process was messed up, i reserved 2 room (non smoking) and when I arrived, the hotel receptionist had only one reserved, he offered 1 room with extreme smoke smell, and i was forced to accept it, because whole florida area was full of people, and hotels were all sold out.

Computers not user friendly. Was told they are primarily for printing boarding passes. I had an e-mail attachment that I could not open because there was no Microsoft Offiice installed. I nice simple breakfast was provided which I felt was quite worthwhile. However the complete ansence of any fruit left me dissatisfies sinde that is what my typical breakfast contains.

The staff was very nice. The grounds were nice; well kept. The layout of the rooms was very nice also.

The first room they offered us had 1 king bed, and the bed had a dip in the middle. The second room offered was right next door. It smelled of mildew and the sofa actually had mildew on the pillows, there was also paint pealing off the door. The third room was nice. The floor of the lobby had nice tile, but the grout was dirty and took away from the appeal of hotel.
